Can these be used for under eye bags and puffiness as well?
Yes, start low power and use the flat oval to gently go from inner eye (not too close obviously to the eye) and slide to outer eye not only reduce puffiness but reduce wrinkles

It didn't improve sunburn marks. It is good for tightening skin in the neck area which is why I bought it.
What is he different of orange and blue light?
Different gases cater to different needs. Ex: orange treats aging, violet treats acne
I don't see any settings on the knob? How do I know what setting to use?
I noticed that too. It would be nice to have numbers or notches. I just turn knob to the intensity I can handle. I look to see how far I've turned the knob to get an idea how far I'm using it as a guide.
Does this come with a warranty?
It normally does but can't remember cause I have mines over a year now.... you may have to contact the seller
can this be used in conjunction with Microcurrent?

Does it work on spider veins?
Works. I have some near my nose - be careful though, dont let wand stay on one spot more then 1-2sec
